What this website collects, and what it does not.

The website

This site is static pages. It sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party ad or social trackers, and does not sell or share visitor data. It uses a privacy-respecting, first-party analytics service to count visits and see which pages are read; those measurements are aggregate and are not used to identify anyone.

The forms

When you submit a form here, we receive what you typed: your name if you gave one, your email address, your organization, and your message. We use it to reply to you and, for the board list, to send the two weekly emails the form describes — the Monday publication and the Friday judgment. You will receive one confirmation email to verify the address. Unsubscribing is one click, we do not add you to other sequences, and we do not sell or rent the list. To have your information deleted, reply to any message from us and say so.

Predictions and people

The board predicts public, verifiable outcomes — markets, weather, elections, scheduled events. It does not publish predictions about private individuals, and this site collects nothing about you beyond what the paragraph above describes.
