Intelligence
A forecast is only as good as its facts.
Behind the circle of experts sits Verumdare — an entity-intelligence platform that keeps a maintained corpus per entity, a knowledge graph between them, and a clock on every fact.
The dependency
Models remember. Records know.
A language model's training data ends somewhere, and a prediction made from memory is a prediction about the past. So no Apex expert deliberates from recollection. Mid-deliberation, each one queries Verumdare through its API and MCP tools: the company's leadership as of this morning, the filing that landed Tuesday, the price series through last close, the storm track as issued.
Verumdare answers with provenance — every fact carries its source and its timestamp — which means an expert's reasoning can cite its evidence, and the gate can weigh verdicts built on the record above verdicts built on vibes.
Entities
The corpus
A maintained body of record per person, organization, place, event and product a question touches — assembled from public record and licensed sources, reconciled and versioned.
Relationships
The graph
Who owns, employs, supplies, succeeds and sits beside whom — typed, dated edges with evidence, so an expert can reason about the actors around an outcome, not just the outcome.
Time
The clock
Every fact is an interval. Experts see what is true now and what was true when — which is most of what separates a forecast from a guess about a headline.
Change
The watch
Standing queries fire when the record moves. A leadership change, a filing, a revision — the circle deliberates on the version of the world that exists at deadline, not the one from last week.
Two companies, one spine
Separate companies, on purpose.
Verumdare LLC and Apex Predictive LLC are standalone Texas companies with the same founder. Verumdare sells the record — entity intelligence for organizations that cannot afford to be wrong. Apex Predictive sells what can be built on top of it: the converged verdicts of a circle of experts who all read that record.
Apex is also Verumdare's harshest customer. Every judged week stress-tests the record's freshness and reach in public, and what the graders find flows back as demands on the platform. The arrangement keeps both companies honest — one sells facts, the other gets graded on them.
